Wharton Microfinance Independent Study Lesson 2B
Leson 2B covers basic demand-side and supply-side microfinance instruments (other than lending), including savings, micro-insurance, remittance-related products, credit/debit/smart cards, bank funding, guarantees, and touches upon securitization. This module packs quite a bit of information in a fairly small space and time, so we encourage further research outside of the lesson.
